We ship nationwide across Malaysia and to selected international destinations. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order.
Order processing
- Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
- Pre-order and drop items ship on the release date shown on the product page.
Delivery times
- West Malaysia: 2–4 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–6 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. Any free-shipping threshold we are currently running is shown in the notice at the top of your cart.
Tracking your order
Log in and open Track Order to see the live status of every order you have placed with us.
Customs, duties and taxes
International parcels may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.
Missing or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, message us with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
